TRADE RATIONALE
For a while, I wasn’t sure if this trade was going to work out but this week’s rally has pushed RGR above our target price so we are closing it out with only two weeks left in our target holding period. The company reports earnings on May 8, which will probably be fine. But given the magnitude of its recent gain, up 5% during the past four days, I think there is now more risk than reward in RGR from a short-term perspective so I’m taking the 28% annualized gain while I have it!
