Well nice call on SUNE. Looks like BK is VERY soon judging by after hours trading. Playing the weekly calls on TERP. It’s a $3 stock at Fidelity so the weekly yield is around 15%. Bought this morning at $8.90 and sold the 4/8 $9 for $.56. Naturally the stock went up a dollar in the next 20 minutes but one can never predict such a thing.

Yes, SUNE’s just a melting trading chit at this point, unfortunately. Very optimistic about what this will eventually mean for TERP, I remain.

Are you still confident in your TERP recommendation? I am thinking of selling POT and buying TERP. How does the SUNE bankruptcy effect TERP? For yieldco,s it is my understanding that dividends/distribution are tax deferred but no K1 is issued, is this correct?
